SAVE THIS RECIPE 🥒

1 large Japanese cucumber
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 bird’s eye chillies
1 tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs light soy sauce
1 tbs pure sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
Garnish: Fresh coriander leaves, scallion, sesame seeds

Slice and smash the cucumber. Mix everything in a bowl and you’re done! #RollingGrace
